About the Role
● Engage with Indonesian and Sarawakian candidates on Facebook and Whatsapp;
● Conduct worker interviews and prepare profiles;
● Manage sales calls with employers;
● Arrange interviews for candidates and prospective employers;
● Assist employers and workers with any questions they may have regarding the recruitment process;
● Prepare job offers and service agreements for employers and workers
● Update employers and workers on the progress of their application after the match
Requirements
Someone who is empathetic, curious about others, and enjoy listening to stories
Enjoys speaking to people on a daily basis and learning about their lives
Proficiency in English and Malay
Writes well in English
Must be comfortable with data entry, writing profiles, and using technology platforms (non-technical)
Great communicator, team player and able to time manage
