About the Role
● Processing worker and employer grievances raised
● Counselling workers for work performance related issues
● Mediating challenges between employers and workers
● Worker briefing on arrival regarding their rights and responsibilities
● Preparing grievance reports and sending out grievance emails to clients and workers on whatsapp post counselling or mediation
● Preparing full and final settlement documentation prior to departure
● Booking repatriation flights and handling check out memos
● Booking flight tickets or bus tickets for outstation workers
● Accommodating workers in hostel on arrival, upon termination and prior to departure
Requirements
Enjoy conflict resolution
Can remain self-assured and composed under pressure
Ability to think structurally and identify logical process flows to arrive at practical solutions
Able to work flexible hours when the need arises (non-working hours to be replaced at another time)
Fair and objective in approach to conflict
Proficiency in English and Malay
Ability to speak mandarin is a plus but not required
